Today we held our first co hosted Quickbooks Beginners training day in Rayleigh.
Seventeen clients with a wide range of exposure to Quickbooks Online (ranging from a client who had always done her books by hand, up to some users who had used it for years, but only the invoicing part) took place at the Rayleigh MegaCentre today for our first Beginners training session.
Our trainer, Jacqui, from Quickbooks spent 3.5 hours taking my clients through, at a good not overwhelming pace, how Quickbooks works. She explained the key functionalities of the cloud accounting system, showing my clients many key functions, including how to set up invoice forms, how to reconcile bank accounts and also how to run reports that can be customised to each individual users preferences.
It was a great day and a fantastic reminder for me of how brilliant the cloud accounting system it is. The functionality range is great and the Quickbooks cloud accounting packages really do meet a variety of sized businesses financial needs, from the very small businesses with not many transactions, right up to the larger businesses who need a reliable bookkeeping system to use on a daily basis.
If you are looking for an easy to use cloud accounting package with a great UK based support team that is easy to use, make sure you look at Quickbooks. They offer free 30 day trials so you really can test it out before you sign up. In addition, the Quickbooks Online app on your mobile and also your tablet devices, makes it really easy to keep a track of your business financials on the go to.
